Paranormal Eye Uk Terms and Conditions 

You, as the Customer, are responsible at the time of booking to ensure that you can make the event date as Paranormal Eye Uk cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No persons under 18 are permitted to attend Paranormal Eye UK events.

Every Guest must bring and use a torch as we move around in the dark.

 

Every guest must wear suitable footwear (no heels or open shoes) as these locations are ancient and have uneven floors and steep stairs.

Most of the locations are not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. Paranormal Eye UK value all our guests and aim to make as many of our events as accessible as possible. Still, unfortunately, due to the conditions of some of the locations, this is not always possible, and we have to ensure everyone is attending these events safely is paramount.

Due to restrictions at our locations, heavily pregnant women are not allowed on any of our events; again, the safety of all our guests is a priority.

 

Every guest will act responsibly and respect the needs of others. You will not cause harm or injury to anyone else or put yourself or anyone else in danger. You will appreciate the nature of the event and behave accordingly. When leaving the event, you will ensure that due to the lateness of the hour, you will respect the needs of nearby residents by leaving quietly and quickly.

 

WE OPERATE A STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY .... so NO alcohol or drugs are permitted at any event with Paranormal Eye UK. If anyone appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and is suspected of bringing either alcohol or drugs to the event, they will be asked to leave immediately and not be refunded for any part of the monies paid for the event. The team at Paranormal Eye UK will use their discretion and have the right to remove anyone they consider to be misbehaving due to alcohol or illegal substances.

 

There are strict laws on smoking indoors, and Paranormal Eye UK do not allow anyone to smoke or use candles or any other form of naked flame in any event.

 

Paranormal Eye UK will not be liable for any damage or loss to property and personal equipment either on the journey to the event, during the event and on the trip back home from the event. This includes any damage caused by any spiritual or poltergeist activity during the event.

 

Unless stated, there are no sleeping facilities at our events. However, you may want to bring a comfortable cushion to sit on while on vigils as we can sometimes sit down for a while.

 

Paranormal Eye UK accepts no responsibility for any clothing, equipment, vehicle damage, parking fines, or clamping of vehicles. All property and effects belonging to you are your responsibility, and we would urge you to protect your property and keep all said articles safe whilst attending the event.

 

Paranormal Eye UK attempts to foresee any potential problems or hazards to eliminate them before the event. However, accidents can still happen due to the nature of the events and locations. We encourage all our guests or clients to have their third party public liability insurance. Although Paranormal Eye UK has public liability insurance, some of our policies may not be covered because some of the location boundaries are beyond regular public access. Therefore, every guest attends these events at their own risk.

 

There are occasions when events are cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Paranormal Eye UK. If these events are cancelled, you will be offered an alternative date or different location to the same value. However, if the event is rescheduled, Paranormal Eye UK may limit any refunds requested. We will endeavour to ensure that every guest is made aware of a cancelled event as soon as possible. However, if this has not been possible, Paranormal Eye UK will not refund any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of an event; this includes travel and hotel expenses

 

Any information that we request , or any information that we may receive from you or that about names, addresses, email addresses or contact telephone numbers is sensitive and will not be used for any purposes other than to be incorporated into our database for Paranormal Eye UK.

 

Paranormal Eye UK runs events at locations that have demonstrated paranormal activity witnessed and recorded by either ourselves or others. It is impossible to guarantee what activity may occur during an event. This may be minimal or very intense, resulting in injury to yourself or your clothing due to paranormal activity. Paranormal Eye UK accepts no responsibility for whatever may or may not occur due to any paranormal activity.

 

Cameras, filming, and recording equipment are permitted on our events subject to limitations. Any footage caught is deemed for personal use only and not for public view. Before commencing video or audio capture, you must advise anybody being recorded to be aware and choose not to be included.

Requirements For Events

No person Under the age of 18 years to attend any of our events.

Every guest must bring and use a torch as we move around in the dark.

Every guest must bring and use a torch as we are inside old buildings with no lights.

Please wear warm clothing or bring a thick coat/ jacket with you as many of the locations are extremely cold even during the summer months.

The use of recording ( Filming) equipment is not  permitted on our events or may be subject to limitations.  

Please arrive and leave the location in a quiet and orderly manner due to the timings of these events.

Be respectful and considerate at all times to staff and other guests.

Cancellations and Refunds

At the time of booking, it is your responsibility to ensure that you can make the event date as Paranormal Eye UK cannot offer a refund or transfer your places if you are unable to attend.

We cannot resell your places on our website if you cannot attend your event. However, your places can be transferred to a third party, and where applicable, you can advertise your tickets for sale on our Facebook Group Page.

However, these tickets cannot be sold on any other advertising site due to the terms and conditions.

All guests need to be directed towards Paranormal Eye UK Terms and Conditions, and it will be deemed that the person(s) purchasing your tickets have been asked by you to ensure that the terms and conditions have been read and agreed by all concerned. Failure to do so will result in the guests being refused to attend the event.

Cancellation by Paranormal Eye UK

There may be occasions out of our control where events are cancelled; Paranormal Eye will advise you as soon as possible you will either be refunded or transferred to another venue of equivalent value; please note that the management has the right not to offer a refund at their discretion. However, a transfer to another date will be provided. We can cancel a Paranormal Eye UK event at any time for any reason at our discretion. We can also cancel an event if not enough customers have booked to make operating financially viable. If we have to cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. In these circumstances, we will give you a full refund of any money paid to us or move your booking to another event of your choice. However, Paranormal Eye Uk is not responsible for any incurred costs. This includes refunds on any hotel bookings or refunds on any travel arrangements or other costs incurred relating to the cancelled event.

Behaviour Policy

We want all of our guests to enjoy our events and feel safe at all times. Please make all the guests attending the event with yourself aware of our behaviour policy. No disrespectful behaviour will be tolerated (Towards the team or other guests) on any occasion. Any rude or inappropriate behaviour will be dealt with, and the person or people concerned will be removed from the event regardless of any transport difficulties or adverse weather conditions. Paranormal Eye has the right to refuse anyone entry to our events,

NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ARE TO ALLOWED BEFORE OR DURING AN EVENT. There is zero tolerance for this, and any guest suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in the event. We do not have to prove that you are under the influence, but we can act accordingly if we believe this to be the case.

We would be grateful if you could contact us as soon as possible to let us know if you cannot attend an event, even if it is on the day of the event, so that we are aware that you will not be arriving and can inform our team.
