What We Require
THIS POSITION IS VOLUNTARY
At Paranormal Eye, we require all team members to fully commit to our events and be available for a minimum of two events per month, although this may vary. We understand that last-minute sickness can occur, so we also expect team members to be willing to provide cover when needed. When creating our quarterly rotas, we ask team members to provide their availability so that we can schedule events accordingly.
At Paranormal eye we are actively searching for a dedicated and driven individuals who are 18 years or older to become a valuable member of our team. Our main objective is to deliver outstanding customer experiences, which is why we require someone who possesses a genuine passion for meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate should be able to commit to a minimum of two nights per month, specifically on either a Friday or Saturday. Additionally, their availability during our busiest weekend dates, especially around Halloween, is crucial to ensure the smooth running of our events.
In order to be considered for this position, it is necessary for candidates to have their own means of transportation

Additionally, they possess the ability to lend a helping hand wherever necessary during an event, showcasing their versatility and willingness to contribute. Lastly, their reliability and trustworthiness make them a dependable asset in any given situation.

Along with your expertise, having customer service experience would be an added advantage. Additionally, physical fitness is crucial as you should be capable of carrying equipment, navigating stairs without assistance, and standing for extended periods. It is essential to feel at ease working in dimly lit environments and be available to work until 2.00 am. Moreover, you should be open to driving up to two hours from your residence to reach the designated venue.
Although these are volunteer-based positions, each with its own unique set of benefits. While these positions are unpaid, they provide numerous advantages that make the experience worthwhile.
